Buses are every 10 minutes.

ARRIVAL AND CAR PARKING FACILITIES
On arrival to the property there are two gateways to the car park.
There are no marked bays but there is ample space for all cars.
The surface is brick paved.
We can assist guests with luggage.
The town is 10 to 15 minutes walk to the centre.
There are two front doors. You can use Either. The front doors have one small step 10cm high.
The front doors open by a push button system and we will give you the code on arrival.
For any assistance please press the front door bell.
The doorway is 78cm wide.
There are ground floor bedrooms with a small corridor.
The corridor to the breakfast room is 105cm wide.
The flooring in the conservatory is laminate and all other areas are carpeted.
Breakfast is served in the conservatory. There are two steps down to it.
Breakfast is available in your bedroom if required.
Furniture is flexible and can be moved on request.
Tables have under space of 70 cm high.
There are chairs with or without arms.
There are seven bedrooms, three on the ground floor.
Ground floor rooms consist of one double and two single, both ensuite.
All beds are 60cm high.
All TVs are remote controlled.
Upright chairs are provided in the room.
Door widths are 74cm.
All beds have access on both sides.
The stairs are 17cm high, 22cm deep and 83cm wide.
Upstairs there are two twin bedded rooms and two double rooms, all ensuite.
The toilets are 40cm high. The nath edge is 53cm high.
Shower cubicles have a step 28cm high.
The flooring is cushion floor.
Four of the rooms have a shower attachment over the bath.
Basins are rounded.
We have an enclsoed garden with an ornamental pond in it.
Dogs can be exercised if required.
There is a local playing field nearby also.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
We are able to use either front door if evacuation is needed. If you require more
assistance for evacuation, please notify us on arrival and we will ensure you are evacuated safely.
